~The need of many, is the need of few..~ Name: The Noboyama Clan Age: Around 110 years Founder: Noboyama Aruki Co-Founder: Noboyama Shigo Current Leader: Noboyama Airin Village: Sunagakure no Sato Allegiance: Sunagakure no Sato Clan History: The clan's history leads back to when Sunagakure was just recently founded. Back then war was prominent, and the country itself was at war with Iwagakure no Sato. And one day Noboyama Shigo, cousin and good friend to the first Kazekage, was just returning home from a large battle between Iwa and Suna in the Earth Country. While traveling through a small country in between the Earth and Wind country, Shigo accidentally stumbled across an abandoned village hidden in a valley. Upon further inspection, it seemed the village had only been destroyed recently, as the corpses that lay across the streets were still fresh. Thats when he heard wailing comming from a nearby building, and as he entered the house he saw a beautiful young woman crying in a corner. When Shigo asked what had happened, the woman angrly replied that the village, unnaligned with any country, had suffered from the war. Troops of Sunagakure, exhausted from battle, had found the village and demanded food and recourses. When the villagers denied, for they had only enough for themselves, the shinobi plundered the village and took everything they had, and slaughtered everyone to make sure no one would hear of their atrocious deed. This happened only a few days ago. Now Shigo wasn't a bad person, and he realized his country was responsible for the suffering of this woman. So he made her a promise, that someday after the war he would restore the village to its former glory and fill its streets with people once again. The two fell in love, and thus after another few years of war, Shigo gave the woman a son. The boy was named Aruki, and had been burdened with Shigo's task as the man had died shortly after his birth on a mission. So during his genin years Aruki traveled to the destroyed village with his mother to see what was left. Upon scouting through it, he located a temple overlooking the village, and when inspecting it he discovered a curious scroll lying on an altar. The scroll described the workings of the unique power some of the people in the village had; the power of Aoi Kinzoku. Aruki soon found out he indeed did possess this power, and soon started training it. The boy became a man, and a very powerful one at that. Aruki became a very famous ninja, in his prime he was said to be easily Kage-level and his skill with the Kekkei Genkei outmatched that of any clansman who would be born afterwards. Soon, due to Aruki's influince, the small village and the tiny country it resided in were added to Sunagakure's borders, and the village was rebuilt and became the headquarters for the Noboyama Clan, a clan founded by Aruki himself. This Shigami's promise had been fulfilled. Nowadays the Noboyama Clan stands as a respected and powerful clan. But the respect has made them proud, and intolerant of failure. The clan chief's first son or daughter will always be the new heir, and will often recieve brutal training to make them strong enough. Then, if they wish to take the position of clan head they must perform one very deadly mission. If they succeed the position is theirs. If they fail they will be expelled from the village. Just recently a young man, the oldest son of the current chief, was expelled because of this reason and, out of grudge, went rogue. Now the position of clan head is being kept by a woman. Jutsu Name: Rocketto Ito no Jutsu (Rocket Man Technique)
Jutsu Description: A technique for quick escapes, the user channels chakra to the leg muscles and bends his or her knees. Then upon jumping the user will release the chakra, enabling them to jump to amazing heights. Up to fifteen meters.
Jutsu Type: Fuuinjutsu
Jutsu Grade:
Jutsu Name: Akai Itten Fuuin (Red Dot Seal)
Jutsu Description: A seal that can be activated by either making direct contact with the victim or channeling it into a kunai and having the kunai touch the victim. The seal will lure all of the user's Aoi Kinzoku techniques to its location, meaning they will home in on the opponent.

~Powers of mass destruction cause nothing but pain...~ Name: Aoi Kinzoku - Blue Metal Description: Aoi Kinzoku is the Noboyama Clan's unique Kekkei Genkai, and one that also requires some surgery. When clansmen are promoted to chuunin they will undergo a surgery that installs long, metal vents in their bodies. Two vents, to be precise, that have their base at the users chakra pool and run all the way through their arms until they pop out of the wrists, reaching the base of the hands before they finally stop. The ability the user's gain is to change their chakra to solid material. But because making large objects out of pure, solified chakra would consume way too much, the technique is almost exclusively used for creating small bullets that can be fired through the vents. The bullets are typically shot at a very high speed, about 120 mph, making them hard to avoid, yet most of them are hardly the size of a thumb making them hard to spot indeed. They retain the color of chakra; light blue. Most of the clansmen are long-range experts as the Kekkei Genkai is very useful for taking out opponents from a long range as the bullets outrange most techniques. Type: Ninjutsu Founder: Noboyama Aruki Stage 1: There is only one stage to this Kekkei Genkai, and it is depicted as two vents comming from the arm. Kekkei Genkai Jutsu - Spoiler:
Jutsu Name: Dangan no Jutsu (Bullet Technique)
Jutsu Description: The most basic type of bullet technique. The user performs a short string of handseals, takes aim with one or both of his arms and shoots a bullet (or two depending on how many arms are used) of solid chakra at the target. The bullet is as hard as steel, travels at twice a kunai’s speed and can travel over thirty meters.

Jutsu Name: Houhei no Jutsu (Gunner Technique)
Jutsu Description: A jutsu used for mid-range skirmishes. After the user performs the required seals, an amount of solid bullets is actually formed inside the body, usually being stored in the vents themselves. The amount of bullets created and stored is ten per arm. This allows the user to fire the bullets without making any handseals. These bullets, however, travel less far than other techniques, only reaching about ten meters thus forcing the user to get within closer range (which is usually not a Noboyama's specialty) They are also the slowest kind of bullet, traveling only slightly faster than a thrown kunai or shuriken.

Jutsu Name: Genso Ekisu no Geijutsu (Art of Elemental Infusion)
Jutsu Description: After performing the required handseals, the user shoots out a bullet infused with elemental chakra, the chakra depending on the user’s nature. The color and effect of the bullet depend on the element used.
A bullet infused with wind becomes white, and will recieve a great boost in speed and piercing power. The speed increases by twice the ammount, and it becomes powerful enough to pierce through one meter of solid concrete, and any defense save a defensive technique or item ranked A-rank or higher.
A bullet infused with fire becomes red, and will become an unstable explosive. When it collides with any solid object it will cause a medium-sized explosion blowing anything within five square meters of the bullet to bits.
A bullet infused with water becomes dark blue. When the bullet is shot, the user can perform one more one-handed seal to turn the bullet into vapor, allowing them to pass through small objects and objects with holes. This effect can be undone with another one-handed seal. The bullet must be solid to do damage.
A bullet infused with lightning becomes yellow. When the bullet is shot, the user can perform one more one-handed seal to cause an eletrical field to expand around the bullet. The field is about the size of a car, and anything it touches will be electrocuted causing second degree burns and brief paralyzis.
A bullet infused with earth becomes brown. When the bullet is shot, the user can perform one more one-handed seal to cause the bullet to shatter into twenty smaller ones to cover a greater area. The smaller bullets retain the original bullet's speed and piercing power.

Jutsu Grade:
Jutsu Name: Aoi Ame no Jutsu (Blue Rain Technique)
Jutsu Description: Combining the Aoi Kinzoku Kekkei Genkei with Bunshin Techniques, the user first uses Dangan no Jutsu to fire a bullet and then performs another string of hand seals, creating a hundred clones of the bullet in its surroundings. This technique is very hard to dodge, as it covers a rather wide area.

Jutsu Name: Sairento Shogeki Shu (Silent Sniper Technique)
Jutsu Description: A jutsu used for long-range surprise attacks. After making the required handseals, a long bullet is created in one of the vents. And once the user has a good aim, the bullet is fired. This bullet can easily travel over 100 meters and travels at near shushin speed, making it extremely hard to avoid. It can pierce through even the thickest armor, trees and rock. However it takes two posts just to create the bullet, during which the user must keep the arm in which is used to create the bullet straight and can only use one arm. The user also cannot mold chakra for anything other than creating the bullet. In other words, this technique leaves the user completely open for an extender period of time and thus is to be casted either at the start of a battle or when the user has some sort of distraction. Very draining to the chakra reserves.
