Village: Konohagakure Rank: Akatsuki (A-Rank Missing nin) Profession: Spying, Assassinations, Front line combat Personality: Fon is a calm and easy-going individual, who's prescense is very warm and welcoming, uncharacteristic of an Akatsuki member. He lives his life believing in only two things: Peace and Karma. As he strives for peace, he believes that if he isn't having fun, then he might as well let the world be sad and miserable. Karma almost frightens Fon, and he believes everything he does will create an equal result. If he compliments someone, he will be complimented. And in the same way, Fon never kills, unless he himself is ready to be killed. Fon is the peacemaker and reasonable member of Akatsuki, and can be seen resolving fights from time to time. All this calm is destroyed instantly however, if one is to hurt his sister. Fon then becomes extremely enraged and will not stop a rampage until he has confirmed her safety. /Now We're Talking\ Fighting Style: Fon has never been much of a fan of Genjutsu, and in figts, he is known for his well balanced use of ninjutsu and taijutsu. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Name: Katon: Fire Breath Description: By gathering fire in his mouth, Fon shoots out a large stream of fire. It holds a better range and more power than Fire Ball techniques used by Uchiha. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: A Name: Katon: Garuda Description: Fon shoots out a large stream of intense fire into the air to create the form of a large mythical bird. The bird can fly around for a small time before crashing upon its tagets. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: A Name: Katon: Exploding Flame Crater Description: Fon slams his foot down on the ground with enough force to from large cracks all over a 150 foot distance. He then sends a large super heated stream of fir into the biggest cracks that chains out. He finishes by placing his hands together, causing all the cracks to explode. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: S Name: Suiton: Water Clone Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: C Name: Suiton: Water Dragon Bullet Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: B Name: Suiton: Black Rain Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: B Name: Futton: Gyoza Kempo Description: Fon sends quick, extremely hot currents of water vapor from his hands, that can reach up to 30 feet. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: A Name: Futton: Skilled Mist Description: Fon creates a cloud of mist which he releases from her mouth. This mist has corrosive properties, capable of even melting the bones of the Susanoo. The technique has an inherent disadvantage in that its effects are indiscriminate, limiting its usage to areas that do not presently contain allies until the attack is completed. In the event that the mist escapes the containment area, thus putting others in danger, the user can sufficiently manipulate its acidic qualities to safer levels by adjusting the pH levels of the mist. Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Jutsu Grade: S Taijutsu: Name: Peace Description: A set of Taijutsu moves based of the lifestlye of Jeet Kune Do. A formless form where Fon mimics the movement of water to use the enemies' own energy and force to fight them, by simply redirecting their weight and taijutsu attacks. "You bitch! You kept it?! How dare you!" These words rang through the Konoha hospital. Doctors were holding back a furious man who had just struck his wife, who had just gone into labor. These doctors had no idea why he was so mad, as they would never be able to know that the wife was more like a slave, forced into marriage and constantly beat and raped by this man. As an act of defiance, she had decided to keep his child that he had not wanted. She named it Fon Lau and loved him more than her life. This infant was the only thing she had that made her happy and the only thing she fought for. She had given up hope on ever fleeing from this man, who was a very powerful shinobi and tracker.
Childhood - Spoiler:
Fon's early life was anything but happy. His father seemed determined to make his mistake as miserable as possible. But when Fon's father would go to torture him, his mother would always jump in and save him. Fon would scream and cry as he watched powerless as his protector took his punishment. Fon swore he'd one day be able to do the protecting. But he didn't dare try to leave the house. This changed at age 8 when his little sister Kagura was born, another awful mistake by his father and act of rebellion by his mother. Furious to now have to unwanted children, Fon knew he would have no choice but to get stronger. Or else his beloved baby sister wouldn't ever be happy.
Academy - Spoiler:
Despite the danger, Fon began to sneak out during the day when his father slept and enlisted in the Academy. Soon he learned basic bunshin techniques that came in handy for further escapes from his home. Fon with hard work was an average student, due to his lack of ability to study or train at home. But eventually he graduated and became a Genin at age 12. He went home and hid the headband under a rock, but was disturbed by the sudden sound of screaming. Running home, he found a 4 year old Kagura crying over the body of their mother. His father held a bloody kunai in his hand. Wasting no time, he had Fon drag the corpse outside, where he disposed of it using Fire Style ninjutsu. Fon and Kagura recieved the worst beating they'd ever recieved that night, with their protector gone.
Genin - Spoiler:
Assigned into a squad, Fon's sensei soon found that his determination to become strong outburned his teammates. Fon would work 3 times as hard as other students, but always went home early, even when missions wern't complete. For at home, he had taken the role of his mother. He would have to recieve the beatings and become a wall to protect Kagura. Despite occasionally having bones broken, Fon would still never waste time training, and gave more energy than he had. The Chunin Exams eventually came. Fon was 14. If he became a Chunin he would be recieving higher graded missions, which would pay more. In short, if he could become a Chunin, he would be able to support himself and his sister by himself. So a couple nights before the exams, he took Kagura in the middle of the night and bought a small apartment on the outskirts of the village using all the money he had recieved from all his missions as a Genin. His father was livid and Fon heard news about his father sending search parties of shinobi as skilled as ANBU to find them. Fon re-did Kagura's hair and made her wear male clothes whenever she went out. He also changed his appearance by dying his hair yellow, and gave all his remaining money to his landlady, asking her to use it to buy Kagura's meals. The Chunin Exams lasted 4 days, and after a couple struggles, Fon made it to the finals. In the month he recieved to train, he instead spent most of his time doing labor in order to make money. The Finals came and Fon was defeated in the second round, but his leadership and protective qualities had him promoted to Chunin.
Chunin - Spoiler:
Fon was now recieving a much higher pay, and for the first time in their lives, Fon and Kagura were happy. Fon was still training hard and going on missions constantly, but he always made time to spend time with Kagura. They lived this way for four years. But misfortume would eventually find its way back to them.
Jounin - Spoiler:
Fon had reached an incredible level of skill as a shinobi and at age 18 was promoted to Jounin. But Fon being promoted reminded him of when he first became a shinobi. How the day he had worked so hard for was ruined. For some reason, he was having the same feeling he was on that day 6 years earlier. He hurried home to Kagura only to find a scene that filled him with despair and hate. "I had a real difficult time finding you two shits you know? Terrible big brother, you are huh? Dressing your little sister as a boy and dying your hair. Don't worry I made her look much better." Kagura laid bloodied on the floor, her back slashed, at the feet of their father. Fon instantly rushed at him and with almost superhuman force which is commonly found in a person filled with adrenaline, punched his father straight through the wall and outside. Mixing his two elements together in such an angry manner, Fon created a new element. Soon a boiling hot mist wrapped around his father and reduced him to bones.
Missing Nin and Akatsuki - Spoiler:
Fon rushed Kagura to the hospital where she eventually entered a stable state, and doctors assured Fon she would live. While walking out, Fon was apprehended by ANBU and charged with damage to public property, the murder of his father, and the attempted murder of his sister. They were no doubt the shinobi hired by his father, and were set on completing their mission, despite their benefactor being dead. Using his new ninjutsu however, Fon broke free from prison and took Kagura from the hospital a couple days later, then fled the
village. Kagura had difficulty moving her legs now, and needed the assistance of a wheelchair. Fon made a nice home for the two of them, and hunted for food and water. He was happy. He had finally rid himself of his tormentor and assured the safety of his sister. But he wasn't satisfied. He knew there must be thousands of cases like his in the world, and decided to devote himself to creating a world where no ome got hurt and everything was peaceful.

Kagura was sitting in her wheelchair outside, feeding birds. Fon smiled and prepared tea and breakfast for the two of them. When making their home, Fon had picked a place on the edge of the continent, completely devoid of shinobi and violence. Only animals and vegetation surrounded the two. Thanks to the hologram technique used by Akatsuki, Fon could always attend meetings despite his distance from the base. After breakfast, Fon slipped on those infamous black robes, speckled with red clouds, and sat on the ground closing his eyes. When they opened, Fon saw himself sitting upon a giant finger, attached to a giant hand. His body was transparent, with his eyes being the only solid seeming part, and a slight rainbowish color tinted his silhouette. Soon, similar transparent figures fazed onto the other fingers. An Akatsuki meeting would be starting soon, and Fon would stay silent the whole time unless if spoken to. There was no need for talk or opinions. He would follow every order given onto him by his female leaders. World peace would be obtained, and he would never have to see Kagura hurt again. (My posts are much longer when RP'ing with other long posters. I'm just not good at making long posts with nothing to base it on.)

| Your request to start as Akatsuki has been denied on account of two major things:
1) Your RP Sample is very... droll and small, I realize you said that you can't make RP very well on your own. Well we'll judge that, you haven't lost the entire chance to apply for akatsuki. If you do well then you can attract the attention of the Akatsuki and prove to them your worth.
2) Your history is as well to small, and not very filled. However despite these two things you are free to start as a A-Ranked Missing Ninja, Also a note that all Akatsuki are S-Ranked. | |

| Very well. I can't argue with that at all. I'm accustomed to recycling old characters and lengthening their histories but since this is my first time using Lau, I was definetly asking for too much with this history. I will remove the Akatsuki part of my history and accept Missing nin with the hopes that I can prove I'm worthy~^^ | |
