Appearance: Chi stands about 6’2 and weighs roughly 230. He has crimson red eyes that stand out more because of his pale skin. Chi also has silver hair that only reaches down to his shoulders, Chi has a burn mark of a phoenix covering the upper right corner of his face, including his right eye. Chi also has a brown sheath that is horizontally attacked to his waist. He also tends to wear black also tends to make his eyes and face standout, though Chi’s clothing are made of a special fabric that is as tough as steel but is lighter then cotton. Chi also wears armor covering his right shoulder and also his legs. Chi’s cloak is extremely light, so it will move wildly even in the smallest of winds, because of this Chi’s cloak can sometimes be thought of as a living organism, also on the back of Chi’s cloak is his clans symbol with what looks like ten sword slashes going through it from different angles. Chi also wears a leather vest and leather gloves that help his grip when fighting.

Personality: Chi as a few different personality traits that tend to contradict each other. For the most part Chi can be seen as a cold hearted man that will look out for only himself. Chi also tends not to be a people person rather being alone then in a group, yet Chi hates being alone and is seen trying to recruit other people into his group. Also Chi can be seen like a statue, completely emotion less, yet when in battle he lets all of his emotions show. He also uses people to fulfill his own needs, yet he tries to stay away from pointless deaths and has rarely been seen actually killing a person during a fight. In the end Chi is manly a contradiction to himself, because he hates people, yet still wants them around him. Though Chi likes to be a man of few words, When he does speak Chi tends to do it in metaphors or using nature to prove his point. When Chis is fighting a worthy opponent he tends to stray more from metaphors and will speak to his opponent often during the fight, almost like it was just two people chatting about the weather.

Fighting Style: Chi believes in fighting, as a way to test one’s own ability. He doesn’t care about the person he is fighting, Chi will always start off just playing with his opponent so to speak, but as the fight goes on longer, the more serious Chi will take the fight. Chi does this for the sole reasoning that if a person is weak enough to be defeated by his halfhearted attempt at a fight, then they do not deserve to see his true power. Though Chi isn’t always nice about his fighting, When it comes to his jutsus Chi gets pleasure out of watching his opponent suffer from the strain on their mind, Chi also loves to cause teammates turn on each other because of his mind tricks. Though Chi can seem Cruel, but Chi always has respect for his opponent, because they had the courage to take up arms against him one on one.

Description: Chi uses his chakra to increase the density of his body till it becomes hard as steel. When using this jutsu range weapons bounce off of his body with little to no damage to his person, but his speed had been reduced because of the extra weight.

Name: El Miedo Oscuro
Description: Chi’s chakra hands do a series of hand signs, and once it is finished, his opponent believes that they are cast into a dark void. The void starts to change around them until it forms into his opponents deepest darkest fears (I.E. If they are afraid of dying, they will see themselves being killed, in different ways.) The fear causes their body to freeze up, and they become paralyzed with fear.

Description: Chi causes his opponent to believe that they are chained to the ground, as metal spikes come crashing down from the sky into their body. Though it feels like they are being hit for hours, in reality it has happen in a matter of seconds, and after the jutsu finishes the victim is left physically exhausted, causing their attacks to be weaker and slower.

History: Chi was born on, A chilly winter night, almost twenty-five years ago, too the leader of the Shigeko clan. Though he wasn’t their first child, but he was the first one to survive. When the doctors said that Chis was an extremely healthy baby, they couldn’t have been happier. The clan celebrated the next day for the success of the birth. Chi’s Parents soon felt that Chi was different from most infants, as it was only a month before Chi was walking on his own, and how Chi always seems to be understanding what was being said around him. Another thing they noticed was that Chi would be seen mimicking ninjas that were training. Through Chi lived happily as an infant he never seemed to care for other children, but his parents never thought too much of it and only thought is as a phase that he would grow out of.
As a toddler though it was even clearer that Chi preferred to be alone. He spent most of his time out in the forests studying animals and plants. Sometimes he would be seen down near the training grounds mimicking peoples fighting styles and jutsus signs. His father noticed that more than anyone else, and couldn’t be prouder that his successor had a warrior sprit in him. One thing that changed with Chi, was that he tended to care for injured animals, no one was sure what brought this on but he seems to have an act on reducing their pain.
When Chi entered the academy, it only took him a few months before he moved to the top of his class. Some people considered him the perfect person, he was smarter than most, skilled in jutsus, and also was quick on his feet. The only thing that Chi lacked, was teamwork, he had such an extreme dislike of working with other people. While Chi was in the academy, his dislike of people had increased to the point where his peers knew to leave him alone. Another problem that Chi had, was he hated to be safe and always wanted to challenge himself, Including trying to do Jutsus that were way past his skill. Even with these major faults in him, Chi still graduated top of his class and soon after became a Genin level ninja.
Chi’s time as a Genin wasn’t a pleasant one, he always was trying to one up his fellow comrades and always acted like his own team. The unpleasantly wouldn’t last though. After being a Genin for a year, Chi’s urge to challenge himself would be his undoing. Though Chi Knew that his clan’s Phoenix Genocide Breath Jutsu, was completely out of his power, he attempted anyways. It looked like Chi was in control of the jutsu, but soon the ball started to go out of control, and Chi knew that he had made a huge mistake. When the Jutsu exploded with in a few seconds engulfing Chi’s body. When the flames died down, his clan was surprised to find that the only damage done to Chi was a phoenix shape burn over his right eye, even years later no one knew exactly how Chi had been able to survive the blast almost completely unharmed.
Though at first it seemed like Chi was unharmed, but it was soon discovered that the Jutsu had damaged his Chakra points making him unable to perform his jutsus. From that day Chi distanced himself even more than before. Though Chi was angry with himself for the mistake, but what really fed his anger was how everyone in the clan was being supportive about the whole thing. Chi believed that they were being so supportive, but he believed they did that because they believed he was weak now. Eventually Chi found a way to express his hatred, and that was becoming a black smith, there he worked all day fixing tools and weapons. Chi soon became skilled as a black smith and made his very own sword, that he kept with he at all times.
When Chi was starting to come out of his hatred, something happen that would send him deeper into his hatred. One morning Chi awoke to find that his parents had left during the night. With his parents abandoning the clan, Chi took over as the leader. Chi looked at everyone with even more anger, because he knew that they were talking about him and his family, wondering if he was fit to lead them.
Chi lead the clan for years, but he spend most of the time in the forest trying to use jutsus again. During the years Chis discovered two things. One he discovered that the blast didn’t damage his chakra points on his back, witch lead him to deciding that if he couldn’t create his jutsus, then he would let his chakra do it for him. Another thing he discovered was that he had the ability to activate his clan’s Kekkei Genkai. Though Chi never knew the draw backs of using it were, until he was finally able to activate the third and final form. When using it he felt all of his hatred and anger increase. After the third time activating it, Chi couldn’t fight his anger anymore. Within a few moments Chi found himself standing in the middle of the housing with his sword in hand, and within an hour his clan laid dead at his hands, and without a second thought Chi left his Clan without a second thought.
Chi spent the first couple of years killing anyone that happen to be traveling by themselves. It would seem that Chi was going to be consumed by his anger, until one day something happen to him, Chi saw a group of small children, and that was when his hatred mellowed and a knew goal came to him. Chi knew that he killed his clan, but what he needed to do was create a new stronger clan, that wasn’t full of people related to each other, but people that had been treated different or labeled an outcast. He would use the people’s talents to create more than a clan, but an army that would follow him into battle and use their unique skills to be an unstoppable force.

RP Sample: Then night air blew around Chi as he stood around looking at the buildings, his sword in his left hand. The only light hitting him on this moon less night, were the torches. None of this mattered to Chi though, all he could think about was the torment they all put him through.
“They will pay.” Chi said to himself, as he tightened his grip on his sword. Chi was about to enter his first house when he heard a man behind him
“ Good Evening, Chi. What brings you hear at this time of night? Chi turned around to look at the man and smiled, this man had been a dear friend to his father, and he would be the first one to suffer.
“Are you alright Ch..” The man stopped when he Chi’s sword, and took a step back.
“What’s with the sword Chi? “ The man asked, and Chi could hear the crack of fear in the man’s voice. This made the smile disappear from his face, [So this man fears me, good cause all should fear me and die.] Chi thought to himself as he gripped his sword tighter and stared at the man almost none blinking.
Chi didn’t say a word, as he ran towards the man and let his sword stab through his gut. Chi could feel the warmth of blood, as it slid down his sword and dripped onto his hand. Chi let out another smiled as he could hear the man’s dying gasp.
“ One down.” Chi said as he pulled out his sword and headed towards the house, as the man’s body slumped to the ground. Chi had picked this house, because he was his uncle’s house, and it was the closes person to his father.
“ you will be the one to pay for his mistake. Chi said as he slid into his uncle’s bed room. Chi could see the two mounds that were his aunt and uncle. Chi silently walked towards his aunt’s body and sliced her throat, before she could say a word.
“ now it is your turn Uncle” Chi said as he stood over his uncles sleeping body. Just then his uncle’s eyes opened up and looked up at Chi.
“Chi? He said, right before Chi’s sword pierced his head.
“ Blame him for this and not me” Chi said as he cleaned his sword, and started to head for the front door, when he heard a small voice call out.
Mommy? Daddy? Chi stopped and turned around with an evil grin on his face.
“ Coming.” Chi said as he headed towards his cousin’s door.
Chi looked around at the burning buildings, It was hard to believe that only an hour ago this place had been a peaceful little place.
“ You had this coming… all of you” Chi said as he looked at the burning bodies. He couldn’t see their face anymore, but he knew who each one was, but that didn’t affect Chi as he started to walk away from the smell of burning flesh. Chi stopped just as an image of a man attacking him appeared in his eye. As soon as Chi saw the image fade, he flipped his sword and stabbed it behind him. Chi could hear a man let out a gasp and then a loud thud as the man’s body hit the ground.
“ Looks like our eyes have a very helpful power after all. Chi said to himself as he walked away from the village, not even bothering to look back at the man he just killed.
