Clan History: The history of the Seizui is full of mystery, romance, revenge, and cookies. The Seizui are a clan that has almost always existed, but never really been united, that is until seven hundred years ago. The man who would realize this dream would be known as Shichiro Takumi, the creator of toys, and children’s delights, such as the whacky waving inflatable arm flailing tubeman, and a series of action figures known as the Rizen. His life wasn’t all that wonderful though, his parents had left him and his uncle and aunt were raising him, but at least it was a life, a happy life, and life without anyone to really share it with. As he hit his teens and began to catch the horny bug, he began to do braver and braver things. Aside from his studies as a shinobi he would go out and peek on girls, even within their own homes. These expeditions would take him days, maybe even months. Day after day, he would track down girls homes and peek on them as they changed, his nose bleeding and his mind pretty much killing itself for him being such a pervert. Finally though he would arrive within the land of tea, and find a house that he would desire to never leave. A girl name Megumi roughly around his age, was changing and through his binoculars, he fell in love, at least he would after he was scared stiff of her sister who snuck up on him, and began to talk crazy. Being eventually invited into the home, he would find it to be nice and Megumi to be nicer, her sister not so much, and fleeing through a window as Ai got a baseball bat, and he vowed to return to her one day.

One day he did return to her, and it was a magical meeting, he was dressed up as an Italian plumber and he had managed to gather parts to repair her window. Not fooled by his horrible disguise she just facepalmed, his attempts though made her feel as if he was sweet after all. After his job was finished though, she invited him in, and this time actually was able to offer him a true hosts welcome. Since that day forward the two of them began to see each other more, and more until eventually he popped the question, to which she agreed, though Ai didn’t. Ai protesting challenged him to a duel; shichiro accepting and putting his love on the line fought against the woman for three days straight, his abilities eventually proving to be stronger than hers, and as she lay defeated due to his strange abilities; she began to wonder what exactly he was. One wedding later, and a few years they would have a son, a baby boy who had inherited his father’s abilities. This son would grow up to become one of the greatest seizui, and something his father would be proud of. This is how the legend within the clan goes, but there wasn’t just a son born to them, no there were two others, a girl and a younger son. This is where the true legend of the clan should rest, but instead history was written by the victor of the brawl that would happen. All three of them showed high levels of abilities, but in the end it was the first son that got all the love, at least from the clan, though the parents loved all of them. Eventually years later after both their parents had died, the siblings split ways, the younger brother tasking the road of peace along with his older brother, while the sister took the path of violence. In the end the conflicted became brutal with splinter factions forming behind the sister and the two brothers having to defeat them by any means necessary. Despite the paint hat it brought them eventually the field of battle was met, and the two of them exchanging blows. Only by the selfless sacrifice of the younger brother was the older brother saved, and given enough time to destroy the sister; or so the story goes… Returning the clan as the victor he returned with the highest of praise towards him, and directing the clan towards Kumo he managed to get settled within the surrounding area and village. His legacy would not end there though, no as he was not only the son of the one whom had gifted what would be many with powers, he was also the first to obtain perfection, the greatest of all abilities for the Seizui. Before this happened though he fathered a total of four children, which in hindsight was a good point. After he had completed the transformation, he helped the village that was now his home in taking out the foes that opposed it, abet most of it internally as he still desired to lead the clan.

As the generations passed and as the clans strength grew, he looked upon it with pride, and hoped for the day when more could obtain his level of power, and assist him in leading the clan for an eternity. His father’s dream had been seen completed, and now it was finally his own dream and his own vision. He had become the center of the clan, and finally he was the only one who could properly lead them; his name was Fax Takumi, the first to reach perfection and the pride of the Seizui.

Name: Essence

Description: The Seizui are a unique clan in nature. They aren’t masters at anything; in fact some may view them as worse off than other clans. The first difference between them and a normal person, is the fact that their brain spherical in nature, and has more wrinkles than normal. Their chakra network is also more of a web than an actual network, making focusing upon techniques a harder affair than others within the shinobi world. They also lack the ability to use elemental chakra, and instead only rely on non elemental yin yang chakra based techniques. Their kekkei genkai however makes up for their strange anatomy, and lack of “ability”.

Their Kekkei genkai revolves around a substance called essence, a energy which while like chakra is wholly different in how it react s with other energies. Clumsy hard to focus, but potent are the terms used to describe it, and terms that make it one of the strangest forms of bloodlines. Essence is an energy that can adapt to other energies, and copy them, or at least do it’s very best to copy them, at least that is the main principal behind the Kekkei genkai, and what it is commonly used for. Incidentally clan members have strange birth defects due to the energies unique form, making them all different from each other, but in fun and not so fun ways.

Stage 1: The first stage of the Seizui kekkei Genkai is both the basic, and the most fundamental stage. This stage allows for the user to formulate their energy in unique ways. This stage obviously allows for them to use Kekkei genkai level 1 techniques, but in addition to this, it allows for them to copy up to Genin level energies used against them. Note: Not techniques, just the energy signatures within the techniques/being.

Stage 2: The second stage allows for the Seizui to use level 2 techniques, and now allows for them to copy up to Special jounin/chunnin level energies. The same rules as the previous stage apply to this stage. At this stage, the users own energy acts as a barrier to mind reading techniques, and abilities that mess with the senses. This protects them from some of the effects of Genjutsu *Weakening them to a noticeable point, and prevents their mind from being taken over.

Stage 3: The third stage allows for the user (In addition to the previous stages) to copy any energy of any level, and in addition to this allows for them to use all Kekkei genkai techniques available to them. At this stage the user’s memories are their own, and cannot be stolen, they also have the ability to project their memories onto others, so long as there is physical contact involved.


Jutsu Name: Essence Spasm
Jutsu Description: Level one technique that takes no hand seals to actually perform. Instead the user shall point their finger(s) towards the opponent and let out a blast of Essence upon them, this essence being connected to the finger(s) that it is released from. By doing this the user shall form a visible whip with their essence, which can slash bind, or otherwise smack the crap out of their opponent, of course that is if it all goes according to plan. The main purpose of this jutsu however is to teach young Seizui how to control raw essence.

Jutsu Name: Threads of illumination.
Jutsu Description: A low level technique, it requires very little in terms of preparation. By performing two hand signs the user shall create a flare of essence all around them. This technique is very bright upon release, and can cause discomfort for a bit to look at even indirectly. The real aim of this technique is to create micro threads around the user, which range from four inches to one inch in length. These fibers can be controlled by the user, but doesn’t really provide much protection, the level of control over them however is near perfect, and allows for some fun times to be had indeed.

Jutsu Name: Vanish
Jutsu Description: Level two technique that takes no hand seals to actually perform. The user shall use their essence to mask their surroundings, and copy the effects of it completely, thus blending in with the environment. What makes this jutsu deadly is that their signature matches the environment, but what makes it have its drawback, is the user can’t use other techniques that require energy after they have done this move, lest it be cancelled on the spot.

Jutsu Name: Lunacy
Jutsu Description: A genjutsu designed to be the main way to disable a target for a the Seizui. This jutsu is a level two technique. It allows for the Seizui in question, through eye contact cause the opponent to begin to have mental trauma. Not bleeding or anything physical, but psychologically make the opponent start to see things, and be driven slightly mad. The full effects should be RP’d out by the one whom is affected, but should involve their RPC acting somewhat crazy at the very least.

Jutsu Name: Shatter
Jutsu Description: A technique designed to be used in a pinch, and not all the time, it is a level two technique. By focusing upon a technique coming/upon them, even if for a split second the user can create a shattering effect upon it; Allowing for it to become nothing more than fragments, and fall apart/be cancelled. This technique can’t be used more than once per topic however, and tends to send the Seizui that used it into a somewhat shaky state at least for a little bit.

Jutsu Name: Masking
Jutsu Description: A ninjutsu and genjutsu combination, this technique is quite the strange one, it is level three. By taking an energy source they have adapted, the Seizui shall copy the one whom was adapted upon every level of detail. The only difference being the fact that they do not have access to their techniques, but shall have access to their memories, voice, and all those other physical things. One unique trait is that their bloodline does copy over, but only in appearance, and as such they lack another’s Kekkei genkai when they enter this state.

Jutsu Name: Hakutaku
Jutsu Description: A technique which is perhaps the main reason why the Seizui are so amazing at what they do, it’s a level three technique. By adapting the various energies within an area they can study the compete history of that area, and know everything that happened there. While powerful it is obviously limited in the fact that they have to actually be there, or have been there, and doesn’t account for things that happen there after it has taken place.

Jutsu Name: Perfection
Jutsu Description: The most potent technique a Seizui could ever hope to perform. It is perhaps one the best technique’s in the world, but it does come with a price that many would not be willing to pay. This technique is one that takes around a month to complete and as such the user should choose a good location to hunker down and hide it out, preferably guarded by their allies, and traps. During this process they transform their bodies into something that would probably be considered the stuff of legends. In order to even attempt to perform this technique however, the user must be the highest possible level, the user must also know all of the clan techniques in order to attempt it, if they try beforehand then it wouldn’t really end well; as in dying end. Once the user has met the condition set above, they shall enter a cocoon like state transforming them over the course of a month into a new being. By meshing all of their knowledge together with all of their energy they shall attempt to become “Perfect” a being which shall know no equal within the mortal plane. This is just speculation and the hope they have as obviously the specifics of the effect differ.

After this process has taken place, and hopefully their shell hasn’t been broken, considering they will have a heart attack if it is broken; the user shall emerge from their stasis. Nothing shall really be different about them physically at least until they start to throw magical attacks around. What shall be different is that their body and conscious have merged into one; their entire body now flowing as one being (Meaning any part of their body can do anything any other part could do before the transformation) also making them nigh immortal due to their soul powering their body rather than just mortal cells (Though you can just stab them all the same). This also increases their chakra control to an perfect attunement making them able to even manipulate some of it outside of their body, should the need arise. One of the downsides to this technique however is that the user becomes infertile after it has been performed, in addition to them slowly gaining runes over their body the more they use their chakra. These runes obviously don’t really hurt them but function as a downside because it’s pretty obvious to pick someone with runes on their body out from a crowd of other people, that and they faintly glow too, in case you need a boost for a spot check. This is a level 3 technique… obviously.
